The light and refreshing Belgium White Ale features the sweet and irresistible aroma of the famous Japanese Yuzu citrus, with a hint of coriander in the finish.

As its namesake may suggest, it is a light-bodied ale with all the expertly balanced flavors and aromas of the famous sake rice "Yamadanishiki." It is brewed by combining malt, hops, and 100% Yamadanishiki Rice.

"Gold" has an elegant nose comprised of green apple, sweet rice, plum skin, and peach aromas.

A sweet, creamy sake made from a historic brewery. This is the traditional non-filtered style of sake, great with Yakitori and boiled foods or Shabu.
